The Phaetus neXtG Heatsink is a replacement cooling component for the standard Phaetus neXtG Hotend and the neXtG Fiber Hotend. It replaces a damaged or worn original heatsink while preserving the correct fit and assembly geometry of the neXtG hotend system.

The heatsink helps maintain separation between the hot melt zone and the cooled upper filament path. Effective cooling helps limit unwanted heat migration, reduce the risk of heat creep and support dependable filament feeding during long or high-flow prints.

Replace the heatsink when repairing physical damage, damaged mounting points or other issues affecting the cold side of the hotend. One Phaetus neXtG heatsink is included.
