The Phaetus neXtG Heater is a genuine 24V, 88W replacement heating element for compatible Phaetus neXtG hotends. It supplies the heat required by the heater block to melt filament and maintain the commanded extrusion temperature during printing.

Replace the heater when servicing a hotend that no longer heats, heats intermittently, triggers heater-related errors, or has damaged heater wiring. Installing the correct replacement component restores the original heater specification without requiring replacement of the complete hotend.
