PRODUCTS

Do you stock all these products?

We do! The quantity of the product we have available can be found in the details section of each product listing.  If you can add it to your cart, it is in stock and will ship from our Calgary based warehouse.  Some least popular or more expensive products are listed as pre-order only and will be ordered from the manufacturer directly.

When will a certain product be back in stock?

Please sign up for an email alert for when the product is back in stock.  A sign up form can be found on product pages that have no current stock.

SHIPPING

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes.  If your shipping postal code is within a certain distance of our warehouse, an option will be presented to you on checkout under the shipping options.  An email will be sent when your order is ready to be picked up.  If you are visiting from outside of Calgary and would like to pick up, please use our postal code, T2Z4M8, for the shipping address on checkout.

How much does it cost to ship to me?

Please use the checkout feature to find out your shipping costs.  These are real-time quotes from our carriers using the rates we receive from them. On that note, we do not dictate the shipping costs - the couriers do.  If you are located in Canada and your pre-tax order is $140, you qualify for free shipping by Canada Post.

I forgot to add a product to my order.  How do I get it added so I don't have to pay shipping?

Please either contact us and we can add to your order manually, or place a second order and place your first order number in the order comments of your second order - checkout as normal and we can refund the shipping cost.  If there are no comments in your second order we may miss putting the 2 orders together.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, however we only offer tracked package options outside of Canada and the USA.

What is my tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers are sent out by email every business day after pickups occur.  Please check your spam folder(s).  Tracking numbers can also be found by logging into your account and selecting your specific order.

My order has not arrived by 'Lettermail' yet.

Lettermail orders are sent with no tracking number. Unfortunately, sometimes Canada Post does not have a guarantee on when these will be delivered.  Delivery times posted on the Canada Post website are for best time scenarios and can be affected by weather and mail volumes anywhere along your order's route.  Please be patient for lettermail, rest assured it has been shipped and if it is returned to us, we will contact you.  If your order is time sensitive, please use one of the shipping options that provides tracking.

PAYMENT

What payment types do you accept?

We offer Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-transfer options online.  We accept these, as well as debit and cash at our retail location.

My credit card was charged, but my order shows as not going through on your website.

In an effort to reduce scam orders, the credit card processor will check records with your credit card's issuing bank in regards to the entered billing address postal code.  If the postal code doesn't match what your bank has on file, the charge will not go through, but still show as a 'pending' charge on your online banking.  This will be removed by your bank within a day or two, depending on your bank.  It can also be manually removed immediately if you call into your bank and request it to be removed.  Please ensure the billing postal code you entered will match your banks records.

TAXES

Why was I charged provincial tax when Spool3D is a business located in Alberta?

We are legally required to charge taxes according to where the order is being shipped.  We have tax numbers for GST/HST, BC PST, SK PST, and MB RST and send the collected taxes to your province on a monthly or annual basis.
