The Phaetus neXtG Thermistor is a genuine 104-NT replacement temperature sensor for compatible Phaetus hotends. It monitors the heater block temperature and provides the printer controller with the feedback required to regulate heating accurately and maintain stable extrusion temperatures.

Replace the thermistor when servicing a hotend that displays incorrect temperature readings, intermittent sensor faults, unstable heating or thermistor-related shutdown errors. Installing the correct replacement sensor restores dependable temperature monitoring without requiring replacement of the complete hotend.

This replacement 104-NT thermistor fits the standard Phaetus neXtG Hotend and the Phaetus Rapido 2. The standard red neXtG uses a 104NT sensor and has a listed maximum hotend temperature of 280°C. The black neXtG Fiber uses a PT1000 sensor instead and should not use this 104-NT replacement.
