The Phaetus neXtG Heater Block is a genuine replacement component for the standard Phaetus neXtG Hotend and the Phaetus neXtG Fiber Hotend. It replaces the heated section of the hotend assembly and provides the mounting interface for the heater, temperature sensor, nozzle and related hot-side components.

Replace the heater block when servicing damaged threads, stripped heater or sensor mounting points, physical impact damage or severe filament buildup. Installing the correct replacement block restores the original component fit and allows the hotend to maintain dependable heating and extrusion performance.

The neXtG platform uses a lightweight, large-volume hotend architecture with a kinematic coupling design. This replacement block preserves compatibility with that original hotend assembly without requiring purchase of a complete new hotend.
