Polypropylene filament in Canada
Spool3D carries natural 1.75mm polypropylene (PP) filament in two spool weights. PP is a lightweight, bendable material worth considering for functional prototypes. It also offers chemical resistance, although suitability depends on the substance, temperature and exposure involved in your application.

Use your slicer's material estimate to choose a size, allowing for brims, setup prints and other waste. Both sizes are available as options on the PP filament product page; check current stock before ordering.
Plan the build surface first
PP can adhere poorly to standard PEI surfaces and can warp as it cools. Choose a PP-compatible surface or adhesion system and follow its instructions for preparation and removal. A textured finish alone does not establish compatibility. The build surface deserves as much attention as nozzle temperature.
Match the setup to the filament
Use processing guidance for the exact PP grade and adhesion system you have chosen. A brim and a draft-controlled print environment can help with warping, but neither replaces a suitable first layer. Start with a small test piece before committing to a long print, and stay within your printer's operating limits.
Check spool fit and store it carefully
Compare the product's listed spool dimensions with your holder or feeder. Filament diameter alone does not establish automated-feeder compatibility. Store the spool sealed with desiccant between uses.
