Retail & Warehouse Associate – 3D Printing

Full-Time | Calgary, AB

Spool3D is looking for a full-time Retail & Warehouse Associate to join our team at our southeast Calgary retail and warehouse location.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and interested in learning more about 3D printing technology.

Previous 3D printing experience is a great asset, but a willingness to learn is just as important.

Experience That Would Be an Asset

  • Retail or warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of 3D printers and 3D printing
  • Familiarity with Spool3D products
  • Electronics, mechanical or technical experience
  • Experience picking, packing or fulfilling online orders

You do not need to be a 3D printing expert when you start. If you’re technically curious and willing to learn, we can teach you.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting retail customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
  • Helping customers select appropriate products and 3D printing supplies
  • Processing purchases accurately using our point-of-sale and inventory systems
  • Handling debit, credit card and other customer transactions
  • Picking products for online and in-store orders
  • Checking orders carefully for accuracy before shipment or customer pickup
  • Receiving, stocking and organizing inventory
  • Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
  • Keeping the retail and warehouse areas clean and organized
  • Completing opening and closing duties when required
  • Learning about new 3D printers, materials, parts and technologies
  • Assisting with other areas of the business as needed
