Retail & Warehouse Associate – 3D Printing
Full-Time | Calgary, AB
Spool3D is looking for a full-time Retail & Warehouse Associate to join our team at our southeast Calgary retail and warehouse location.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and interested in learning more about 3D printing technology.
Previous 3D printing experience is a great asset, but a willingness to learn is just as important.

- Reliable, organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to use good judgment and solve problems
- Comfortable working with computers, inventory systems and point-of-sale software
Experience That Would Be an Asset
- Retail or warehouse experience
- Knowledge of 3D printers and 3D printing
- Familiarity with Spool3D products
- Electronics, mechanical or technical experience
- Experience picking, packing or fulfilling online orders
You do not need to be a 3D printing expert when you start. If you’re technically curious and willing to learn, we can teach you.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting retail customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Helping customers select appropriate products and 3D printing supplies
- Processing purchases accurately using our point-of-sale and inventory systems
- Handling debit, credit card and other customer transactions
- Picking products for online and in-store orders
- Checking orders carefully for accuracy before shipment or customer pickup
- Receiving, stocking and organizing inventory
- Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
- Keeping the retail and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Completing opening and closing duties when required
- Learning about new 3D printers, materials, parts and technologies
- Assisting with other areas of the business as needed
