The Phaetus neXtG Heat Break is a genuine replacement component for standard Phaetus neXtG and neXtG Fiber hotends. It forms the thermal barrier between the heater block and cooled upper section of the hotend, helping limit unwanted heat migration and maintain a controlled filament transition zone.

Replace the original heat break when it becomes bent, damaged, obstructed or worn during hotend servicing. A properly functioning heat break supports stable filament feeding, reduces the likelihood of heat-creep-related jams and helps maintain dependable extrusion during long or high-flow prints.

Select the version matching your installed hotend. The standard neXtG and wear-focused neXtG Fiber use different heat-break configurations and are offered as separate product options. The neXtG architecture also protects the heat break through its rigid kinematic coupling system, reducing the chance of deformation during nozzle impacts.
