The Phaetus neXtG Silicone Sock is a replacement insulating cover for compatible neXtG hotend heater blocks. It helps retain heat around the melt zone, shields the heater block from cooling airflow and reduces the amount of molten filament that can collect directly on the block.

Replace the silicone sock when the original becomes torn, stretched, brittle, contaminated or unable to remain securely installed. A correctly fitted sock supports stable hotend temperatures, protects nearby components from radiant heat and makes heater-block maintenance easier.

Choose the appropriate HF or UHF version to match your installed hotend configuration. This replacement sock is compatible with both the standard Phaetus neXtG Hotend and the abrasion-focused Phaetus neXtG Fiber Hotend.
