POM nut, the way to go!!!

Through the course of weeding out the problems with my cheap printer I changed my lead screw to 2mm lead and ditched the loose brass nut for this POM alternative, WOW. Slop eliminated, extremely well made tolerances and smooth running with some lube. now I get smooth z movements running 1600 steps/mm on this new nut/lead screw combo or full step resolution of 0.01 or 16x microstepping takes resolution to 0.000625 per micro step Ditch the brass and even the anti backlash, this is like butter even with a 1 start lead for my single z soon to be dual. Glad I found spool 3D and somewhat local
