The Phaetus DXC Extruder Extrusion Wheel is a genuine replacement component designed to restore smooth and dependable filament feeding in compatible DXC extruder assemblies. Its specialized helical profile progressively engages the filament, while the U-shaped contact surface provides a strong grip with less crushing and surface damage than conventional straight-cut drive gears. The wheel features Phaetus’ patented RNC ultra-wear-resistant coating, which is engineered to provide substantially longer service life under frequent or demanding printing conditions.
