Why Choose Build Platform Flex?
Compared with the standard rigid aluminum Build Platform, the Flex version makes part removal simpler and helps reduce the risk of damaging delicate features. It is recommended by Formlabs for almost all prints and makes an excellent upgrade or spare platform for frequent printing.
Technical Specifications
The standard Form Studio 1 Build Platform has a rigid aluminum print surface and typically requires tools to separate prints. Build Platform Flex upgrades to a flexible stainless steel surface for fast, tool-free removal. Both are made for the Form Studio 1.
