Form Studio Wash+Cure
Simplify resin 3D printing with one compact machine that both washes and post-cures your printed parts. The Formlabs Form Studio Wash+Cure combines efficient solvent agitation and 405 nm UV curing in a space-saving workstation—ideal alongside the Form Studio 1 and compatible Formlabs resin printers.
One streamlined finishing workflow
STEP 1 · WASH
Remove residual resin
A magnetically coupled impeller circulates cleaning solvent around the part, helping remove uncured resin from surfaces, channels and detailed features. After washing, raise the basket to let parts drip and air-dry without prolonged soaking.
STEP 2 · CURE
Develop final properties
Once parts are washed and fully dried, swap in the curing turntable. Multi-directional 405 nm LEDs post-cure prints to improve material strength, toughness and heat resistance as appropriate for the resin.
