This was my second order, the first order was a main board for my CR 10 which has a problem that 3dspool will not help me with! Thank you Derek. The hot bed works great, if only they would help me solve the main board issue. I do not recommend that anyone purchased the main board for the CR 10, after sales support for this product is nonexistent!
