Bambu Lab Toolhead Front Cover Assembly - X2D

The Bambu Lab Toolhead Front Cover Assembly – X2D is a genuine replacement front cover and part-cooling fan assembly for the Bambu Lab X2D 3D printer.

The assembly combines the protective front housing of the toolhead with the integrated part-cooling fan responsible for directing airflow toward the printed part during printing. Proper part cooling helps improve overhangs, bridges, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy, particularly when printing materials such as PLA and PETG.

The front cover attaches to the X2D Toolhead Middle Housing using magnets, allowing it to be removed quickly when accessing the hotends, extruder, or other internal toolhead components.

Replace the complete assembly if the original front cover is damaged, the magnetic mounting is compromised, or the integrated part-cooling fan has failed.
