Bambu Lab Toolhead Front Cover Assembly - P2S

The Bambu Lab Toolhead Front Cover Assembly – P2S is a genuine OEM replacement for the front section of the P2S toolhead. The complete assembly includes the front cover housing and integrated part-cooling fan, providing both the protective outer structure of the toolhead and the airflow required to cool printed material during printing.

The assembly mounts to the Toolhead Middle Frame using magnets, allowing the front cover to be quickly removed when accessing the hotend, extruder, or other internal toolhead components. This factory mounting system also ensures proper positioning of the part-cooling fan and airflow duct.

Replace the assembly if the original cover becomes cracked or damaged, the magnetic mounting system is compromised, or the integrated part-cooling fan fails. Using the complete OEM FAE036 assembly restores the original fit, airflow path, and appearance of the P2S toolhead.
