Bambu Lab Extruder Gear Assembly - P2S

The Bambu Lab Extruder Gear Assembly – P2S is a genuine OEM replacement for the filament-driving mechanism inside the P2S extruder. Driven by the extrusion motor, the assembly grips and advances filament toward the hotend during printing and retracts it during unloading and filament changes.

The replacement kit includes the extruder unit front cover, extruder gear, extruder idler pulley, spring, washer, bearing, and M3 × 8 mounting screw, allowing the internal feeding mechanism to be serviced without replacing the complete extruder assembly.

Replace the gear assembly when diagnosing worn or damaged drive components, filament slipping, clicking from the extruder, failed filament loading, unreliable retraction, or inconsistent material flow. Designed for the Bambu Lab P2S, this FAE035 assembly restores the original filament-feed mechanism and factory fit.
