1.75mm Pastel PLA 3D Printer Filament Material from Spool3D.

Pantone colour coded filament from Spool3D. Technical data can be found in the details tab.

Print it right with Spool3D PLA 3D printer filament.  Our PLA thermoplastic filament is manufactured with tight tolerances from premium grade material.  Our filament has been tested on popular fused filament fabrication desktop 3D printer platforms.

PLA filament is an excellent material for a beginner to start with, as it typically doesn't require a heated bed and has the added benefit of being a bio-plastic, typically derived from corn.  Low odour and consistently round diameters make this material very easy to work with.

PLA filament should be stored in a resealable plastic bag with the dessicant pack provided.

    Pastel Colours are great!

Posted by Jesse on December 16, 2022

Always have success with Spool3D PLA. The pastel colours are a personal favourite - such nice colours for prints for kids! The purple and light green are favourites.

    Great filaments!

I've ordered twice and they all are very accurate to the color chart and prints so smoothly without any problems!

    Great Price, Great Quality.

Posted by Colton on October 01, 2021

I have gone though 5kg just recently and these PLAs are probably one of the best I have used! Half the cost of other notable "premium" brands and around the same price as "cheap" filaments. There is one major difference though, and that is it always prints great and consistently! 205c on the nozzle (but the range is huge, I have had it as low as 180c all the way to 245c //260c IF you can get enough cooling\\) and whatever you want on bed temp, Glass, Buildtak or PEI textured/smooth it sticks very well with very little to no warping on large prints! I can set up 1 or 100 prints and they will all come out exactly the same. Filament diameter tolerances are all very well within the +/- 0.04 all my rolls being +/- 0.01 - 0.03. Whether I am printing fast prototypes or finished parts I will grab these guys for consistency and they "seem?" to have more deflection before snapping compared to other branded PLAs I have tried, but I have no "official" benchmarks to prove that.

Decent filament... maybe a little expensive.

Posted by Anthony on September 05, 2020

I bought this filament thinking it was +/- 0.02. For this price and filament at that tolerance level it's a steal of course! But once I received the filament the boxes said it was actually +/- 0.04. I was confused of course so I emailed customer service and they did confirm it was +/- 0.04 and promptly corrected the product page. The filament itself prints really well and the colours are nice and vibrant. The filament doesn't print translucent as some cheaper filaments. I bought one of almost each colour and have had no problems yet.

    Awefully wound spool

Posted by Nader Allam on May 13, 2020

While the PLA itself is of great quality, the spool had to be almost entirely be unwound and respun right out of the box due to knots. It ruined many prints unfortunately.

Beautiful Filament, print at 220deg C

Posted by James Snell on February 25, 2020

I'm loving this Pastel PLA, it took me a few test prints to figure out that I need to print it relatively very hot for it to stick to my print bed. I'm printing it at 220 deg C and it's looking fantastic. I'm printing it at 50mm/s on an Ender 3 Pro.
