Tips for Printing with Flexible PLA Pro Filament:

    • Go Slow: Printing at slower speeds is the most crucial tip for flexible filaments to ensure smooth extrusion and good layer adhesion.
    • Minimize Retraction: Excessive or fast retraction can cause filament jams in your hotend. Keep retraction settings as low as possible.
    • Direct Drive Extruder: If you have a direct drive extruder, you will generally have an easier time printing flexible filaments.
    • Calibrate E-Steps/Flow: Ensure your extruder is accurately calibrated to prevent over-extrusion, which can lead to clogs with flexible materials.
    • Good First Layer: Excellent bed adhesion is still important. A clean build plate or a suitable adhesive (like glue stick) can help.
    • Dry Your Filament: Flexible filaments can absorb moisture, which may lead to bubbling and poor print quality. Dry your filament if you notice issues.
    • Store your PETG filament in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when not in use. Please use the resealable plastic bag with the desiccant pack provided.
