High Thermal Conductivity, Uniform Heating

The cylindrical ceramic heating ring improves heating efficiency and reduces heat loss. Uniform heating and fast heat transfer, it only takes 40 seconds to heat from room temperature to 200c. Available up to 300c high temperature printing.

Large Hot Melt Section and High Flow Support 400mm/s High Speed Printing

The overall hot melt section is increased by 30% (the hot melt section length is 27.8mm), and the high temperature heat resistant insulation sheet is added to maintain the temperature of the melting section, supporting 400mm/s high speed printing.  The titanium alloy base is used  to reduce the thermal conductivity by 30%, which can reduce the transfer of heat from the heating section to the heat dissipation section and ensure smooth feeding.

Bi-metal Heat Break

The heatbreak is made of titanium and copper alloys. The 0.2mm thin wall thickness provides excellent thermal insulation.

Material upgrades for better printing

The nozzle is made of high quality hardened steel.  The walls of the nozzle and heatbreak have a roughness of Ra0.25.
