Bambu Lab PTFE Tubes - A2L

The Bambu Lab PTFE Tubes – A2L are genuine OEM replacement filament-guide tubes designed specifically for the Bambu Lab A2L. Their low-friction PTFE construction helps filament travel smoothly between the AMS Lite or external spool and the printer toolhead.

The tubing uses Bambu Lab's standard 4 mm outer diameter and 2.5 mm inner diameter, providing the correct clearance for dependable filament loading, unloading and automatic material changes. Because filament continually rubs against the inside of the tubes, PTFE tubing is a consumable part and should be inspected periodically for wear.

The FAZ082 A2L kit contains five pre-cut tubes in the correct lengths for the printer: two 975 mm tubes, two 905 mm tubes and one 925 mm tube. Replace worn, damaged or excessively resistant tubing to restore smooth filament movement and reliable feeding.

Overview

The function of PTFE Tube is to reduce resistance and guide filament. The tube's inner diameter is 2.5mm, and its outer diameter is 4mm.

Please note that the PTFE tubes are consumables and are at risk of wear, as they may rub against the filament over time. We recommend that you check the PTFE tubes for wear during your maintenance of the machine.

If the tubes are worn and not replaced in time, this may lead to feeding failures, filament accumulation inside the AMS, etc.
