Bambu Lab Nozzle Offset Calibration Sensor - X2D

The Bambu Lab Nozzle Offset Calibration Sensor – X2D is a genuine OEM replacement sensor used to accurately calibrate the position of the X2D's two hotends. Installed behind the heatbed, the sensor provides the reference point the printer uses to determine the XY positional offset between the left and right nozzles.

Accurate nozzle-offset calibration is essential for dual-nozzle printing because both hotends must deposit material in precisely aligned positions. Incorrect nozzle offsets can cause features printed by the two nozzles to become misaligned or shifted relative to one another. Bambu Lab includes a dedicated nozzle-offset calibration procedure on the X2D to maintain correct dual-hotend registration.
