The Bambu Lab H2C Right Induction Heating Assembly is the core heating module for the Vortek hotend system. Using advanced electromagnetic induction, it rapidly heats the hotend without direct electrical contact while integrating temperature sensing and hotend detection for fast, reliable multi-material printing.

Overview

The Induction Heating Assembly - Right is the core functional module that enables non-contact rapid heating of the hotend. It features an integrated induction coil that generates eddy currents inside the hotend assembly through electromagnetic induction, allowing for fast temperature rise. Additionally, the module incorporates a temperature acquisition interface and a Hall sensor to facilitate temperature data transmission and detect the installation status of the hotend.

Usage Tips

The Nozzle Wiping Pad is used to clean the nozzle before initiating a print job. Upon each print start, the cleaning process will automatically execute without manual intervention. Replacing the silicone wiping component is part of routine maintenance. If the pad shows signs of aging, cracking, or damage, it should be replaced immediately to ensure optimal performance.
