Bambu Lab Eddy Sensor - P2S

The Bambu Lab Eddy Sensor – P2S is a genuine OEM replacement sensor used by the P2S for active filament flow calibration. Installed between the extruder and hotend, the eddy-current sensor monitors extrusion behaviour so the printer can compensate for changes in filament flow and maintain consistent material delivery.

The P2S uses high-frequency eddy-current sensing to measure nozzle pressure and actively adjust flow rate during printing. This helps reduce under-extrusion and over-extrusion while improving layer consistency, surface quality, and dimensional reliability across different print speeds and filament types.

Replace the Eddy Sensor when the original component becomes damaged, develops an electrical or wiring fault, or produces persistent calibration-related errors. The FAC155 replacement installs in the original location between the extruder and hotend and restores the factory filament-flow sensing system without requiring replacement of the complete toolhead.
