Bambu Lab AMS Internal Hub Motor

The Bambu Lab AMS Internal Hub Motor is a genuine OEM replacement motor for the original Bambu Lab Automatic Material System. It supplies the mechanical power required for operation of the AMS internal hub unit.

The internal hub combines the four AMS filament channels into a common output path. It selects the requested filament, conveys it toward the printer, detects filament presence, and measures filament movement during loading, unloading, and automatic material changes.

Replace the motor when servicing an AMS with a failed or damaged internal hub drive. Installing the correct OEM motor can restore hub operation without requiring replacement of the complete AMS unit. This component is identified by Bambu Lab as SPP038 and is compatible with the original Bambu Lab AMS.
