Tips for Printing with PETG:
-
- A textured bed or an adhesive barrier layer added to your bed is recommended to avoid damage to your print bed.
- Ensure your bed is level for optimal first layer adhesion.
- Experiment with printing temperatures to find the best results for your printer.
- Consider using a cooling fan for intricate details and bridging.
- Store your PETG filament in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight when not in use. Please use the resealable plastic bag with the desiccant pack provided.

as always a good product

Awesome
Prints perfectly, doesn't have stringing issues like other brand PETG. It stick very very well to PEI sheet. The color are nice and glossy. I simply hate other PETG brands now :)

Quality all-rounder material
I have been using Spool3D PETG for about 5 years now in a variety of applications including robotics, automotive, and outdoor parts. This specific filament has better properties than any of the other PETG brands I have tried over the years, specifically the flexibility. This is suitable for things like springs and clips. When printed correctly the layer adhesion is so strong that the printed part will break like an injection molded part, so delamination isn't an issue. It is easy to print, doesn't stink, and looks good. In my experience it has been tougher than ABS, partly due to the fact that it doesn't develop stress fractures. A good starting place for settings would be 250c nozzle, 70c bed, 20% cooling, and retraction of 2mm @ 35mm/s on a direct drive. High temperature and low cooling is required for good strength. I have used a PEI bed primarily, but it sticks to bare glass well enough.

It was my first run at this, short learning curve for this product

Blue PETG is Quality
Printing with the blue PETG. The colour is great and it prints consistently with better quality than other brands of PETG I have used.
-
PETG Solid Colours
Great colours, the white is a pure white unlike a competitors product. So far my prints have come out flawless on my Prusa Mini.
-
It works great
I've been printing with this at 240 C and my bed at 75 C on kapton tape with no part cooling, it has been adhering pretty well.
-
PETG filament
PETG filament works well. This is my third or fourth order from spool3d. Quality products and prompt service

PETG
We are currently using PETG for manufacturing internal spring clips and ( End Caps a recent addition to 3d printing ) for a sign product we manufacture. PETG works extremely well in real world manufacturing. PETG is a very strong, tough and durable material.

PETG WHITE
This is probably my favourite colour since it and black will show any flaws in your settings which in my mind is a good thing as I strive for perfection.
