Pantone colour coded filament from Spool3D.

PETG filament in solid colours.

Print it right with Spool3D PETG 3D printer filament.  Our PETG thermoplastic filament is manufactured with tight tolerances from premium grade material.  Our filament has been tested on popular fused filament fabrication desktop 3D printer platforms.

PETG filament's strength is much higher than PLA, it is FDA approved for food containers and tools used for food consumption, is BPA free, it barely warps, and produces no odors or fumes when printed. PET filament is not biodegradable, but it is 100% reclaimable. PET 3D printer filament offers excellent clarity and high gloss.  PETG is stronger than PET and is also hydrophobic, making it less susceptible to moisture problems. Consistently round diameters make this material very easy to work with.

PETG filament should be stored in a resealable plastic bag with the dessicant pack provided.

    Awesome

Prints perfectly, doesn't have stringing issues like other brand PETG. It stick very very well to PEI sheet. The color are nice and glossy. I simply hate other PETG brands now :)

    Quality all-rounder material

Posted by ezh on May 12, 2021

I have been using Spool3D PETG for about 5 years now in a variety of applications including robotics, automotive, and outdoor parts. This specific filament has better properties than any of the other PETG brands I have tried over the years, specifically the flexibility. This is suitable for things like springs and clips. When printed correctly the layer adhesion is so strong that the printed part will break like an injection molded part, so delamination isn't an issue. It is easy to print, doesn't stink, and looks good. In my experience it has been tougher than ABS, partly due to the fact that it doesn't develop stress fractures. A good starting place for settings would be 250c nozzle, 70c bed, 20% cooling, and retraction of 2mm @ 35mm/s on a direct drive. High temperature and low cooling is required for good strength. I have used a PEI bed primarily, but it sticks to bare glass well enough.

Printing with the blue PETG. The colour is great and it prints consistently with better quality than other brands of PETG I have used.

    PETG Solid Colours

Great colours, the white is a pure white unlike a competitors product. So far my prints have come out flawless on my Prusa Mini.

    It works great

I've been printing with this at 240 C and my bed at 75 C on kapton tape with no part cooling, it has been adhering pretty well.

    PETG

Posted by Bob Harvey on November 01, 2019

We are currently using PETG for manufacturing internal spring clips and ( End Caps a recent addition to 3d printing ) for a sign product we manufacture. PETG works extremely well in real world manufacturing. PETG is a very strong, tough and durable material.

    PETG WHITE

This is probably my favourite colour since it and black will show any flaws in your settings which in my mind is a good thing as I strive for perfection.
