Every 3D printer nozzle gets blocked at one time. This can happen because of bad filament, impurities or dust, or even using the wrong temperature for the filament being used. The easiest way to remove the blockage is to use this hand drill tool.
To use, heat up the nozzle to the temperature of the material that is clogged (ABS, PLA, etc.). When the desired temperature is reached, carefully insert and turn the hand drill a few times to clear the blockage.

This is a great kit for cleaning out your nozzle. I just needed the 0.4mm size, but figured if I ever switch nozzles I might as well have the whole range of 0.1-1.0mm. Also, if you are having issues with a clogged nozzle, I highly recommend trying the Atomic Method; there are lots of google searches for it.
