24V version and PWM control

I bought 3 of these for my hotend. 1 for cooling the heat break, the other 2 for parts cooling. The parts cooling fans are controlled with PWM on my printer so that variable fan speed is possible. These fans do not like PWM, at all. They will only spin with a full duty cycle, anything less and they stutter and fail (even at 99% duty). Not having the same issue with the cheaper fans I replaced them with.
