The Volcano HotEnd is the solution to slow printing. Boasting 3x the volumetric flow rate of the standard V6, Volcano enables you to print bigger and stronger parts, faster. If you've got a printer with a large build volume then the Volcano HotEnd is a must-have.

Customisable

The Volcano HotEnd maintains as much compatibility with the E3D ecosystem as possible. You can choose from a range of upgrades including temperature sensors and heater cartridges, as well as different nozzle materials and sizes for whatever use case you require.

Faster 

Thanks to its larger melt zone, the Volcano HotEnd enables users to print thicker and wider tracks which results in dramatically reduced print times.

Stronger

In addition to reduced print time, the thick tracks printed by Volcano have greater interlayer adhesion and bond to one another with improved strength. Parts printed are extremely strong, less brittle and feel much more sturdy than standard prints.

Bigger

With the print volumes increasing and interest of larger 3D printed items such as furniture and automotive parts, comes a requirement to decrease the overall print time. The Volcano heater block was designed to make printing large parts more efficient by allowing the use of larger nozzle sizes and higher volumetric flow rates.

    It was time to upgrade the hotend on my Ender 5+ and after so research E3D was they way I wanted to do, this hotend is pretty amazing. Just remember to research how you are going to attach it to your machine and you won't be disappointed!

    Awesome quality

    I have two anycubic chirons that came with knock off v5 hotends, I put clone volcano heat blocks on both of them and they worked great.... But the work required to keep them running well and dealing with leaks, garbage heater cartridges, thermistors isn't worth it The moment I opened the box I knew this was going to last. Very nice kit, will be upgrading the second once they come back into stock. Also shout out to spool3d for the crazy fast turn around, had this kit in no time!

    E3D Volcano Hot End

    I had a knock off E3D hot end and I was having issues with feeding filament and the heat block was garbage. This genuine part was a complete game changer. It's printed several KG's of PETG in the past two weeks and never missed a beat. Easy to feed and boy, does the heat block ever work. I can now dial in temperature settings and it's easier to see the impact of the changes.
