    Easier filament changes.

Since changing out the stock ptfe tube for the Capricorn product I find changing filament easier as the tube end does not distort when printing at high temps.

    Awesome tube!

Used this for my Bowden setup and print results were greatly improved! Recently put my printer inside an enclosure and I guess the heat made the filament stick to the old ptfe tube as as it made my extruder struggle. Really recommend this tube!

    Decent product - excellent tolerance

Replaced the standard opaque bowden PTFE tubing with this and did the same prints then visually inspected for any differences. I didn't really expect any improvement and I wasn't disappointed. It prints exactly the same as the standard tubing. No better, no worse, no changes to any slicer settings required. On the other hand, I had some filament that had lumps in it and because of the tolerance of this tubing it blocked the filament at the extruder. Saved me time from having to dismantle the hot end to remove a jam like in the past. I LIKE this part of it and the tolerance is why I bought it in the first place.

I use this to replace the cheap aliexpress ptfe tube in my bowden setup and and the difference is night and day. This tubing is very low friction and performs spectacularly

    Very Good Product

I like how it comes as one long tube that I can cut myself to the size I need it. It's running on very high temps now and by the looks of it, handles them very nicely

    Just as advertised

This is almost a no brainer upgrade to anybody who uses a bowden style set up. It has super low friction compared to most stock offerings and the internal diameter is super consistent. With my set up I was actually able to reduce retractions from 6.2mm down to 3.8 or so, which is a huge testament to it.

    Great upgrade! get this

I have been told about the Capricorn PTFE tube on a forum for months now and when Spool3D got it in I could not turn it down. I have about 0.5m of Bowden tubing. I noticed immediately how easy it was to slide the tubing into a used hotend compared to the cheap stuff. Also sliding in the filament was as super slippery from before. I am really anxious to use this with TPU because the tube is narrower and willl feed the TPU with less force requiring less retraction. The only downside is I need to fix the outside of the tube from sliding back into the extruder during retractions. I have had the gears grind it once due to that.
