Boron nitride paste is a thermal paste improving heat conduction. Boron nitride is not electrically conductive, eliminating the chance of shorting your 3D printer's heater or thermistor. Apply a thin coat prior to inserting your cartridge heater, then let dry.  Initial heating of your block will dry the paste completely.

Works very well in Bambu P1S with TZ 3.0 hotend

Posted by Jonathan Poisson on October 15, 2024

Installed on my TZ 3.0 hotend (instead of HY510 or G900 grease) and it works well, no issues at all. Now I don't have to worry about keeping the tiny G900 grease samples

No, don’t eat it, just put it on your hotend

After spending so much on other upgrades it kind of seemed pointless to not get a simple cheap upgrade that sometimes gets overlooked, if you’re upgrading your hotend or thermistor don’t forget to baste it in some boron paste, it will thank you greatly, you wouldn’t not baste your turkey now would you?
