Bambu Lab Auxiliary Extruder Gear Assembly - X2D

The Bambu Lab Auxiliary Extruder Gear Assembly – X2D is a genuine OEM replacement for the filament-driving mechanism inside the X2D auxiliary extruder. Driven by the auxiliary extruder motor, the gear assembly grips and feeds filament toward the auxiliary hotend during printing and retracts it during unloading and material changes.

The replacement kit includes the active drive gear, passive gear, spring, spring plate, bearing and mounting screw required to service the gear mechanism. Replacing worn or damaged components can restore consistent filament grip, dependable loading and controlled retraction without requiring replacement of the complete auxiliary extruder.
