3D Printer Service - Hourly Rate

am extremely disappoint with them taking a look at my printer and not fixing a thing even though they said they had. they even showed me a part printed on my printer. but funny enough when i try printing from my house doing everything they suggested but still nothing. so ill have to go through it myself and fix the problem.

I want to start off by saying overall I am pleased with the new Creality Hi printer. The service to start with for some repairs was great! After getting the mainboard replaced and camera fixed, I was finally up and running completely. I then had a couple minor "hiccups" and seem to have been "ghosted" from further support so I have just either left those issues as is or found a solution, whether permanent or temporary. Still having some issues, camera function on app still hit and miss, I don't think its wifi related as the printer information shows up fine. Have had several errors come up, mostly saying filament jam in extruder. I pull out the feed tube and there is nothing jammed, re-attach tube and continue printing. Had a model I was trying to print the other day, the extruder was proceeding as normal however there was no filament coming out. It showed printing progress. I stopped print, and started a different model, it worked fine, so I "assume" possibly a bad file off Makerworld? Now I am printing another model, 4 plates, off Makerworld. After plate is done, I try to print next one, it gives me error message and the only way I can proceed with next plate it to turn printer off and back on. I will continue to "explore" issues on my own. Thanks

I am SO happy with the service I received. It was super quick and my 3D printer came back working and looking like new. Was definitely worth it for that extra help getting it back to working instead of tearing my hair out for another month.

I was having problems getting the parts cooling fan to work, bought new boards, wires, and parts but could not get the settings to work in tandem with the heaters turned on or off, just would not work. Derick ordered the part from Anycubic (which took a very long time) installed and fixed the issue! Good thing is I can manage the small things but if I need help with the bigger ones I know where to go!

We take our printers here regularly for maintenance and/or repairs. They are super speedy, and are so good to deal with. I highly recommend them for any servicing, or equipment, that you need!

Derek and his team at Spool3D know what they are doing. They repair my prusa i3 machines regularly it seems and i have little down time printing. They also have all the parts i would need for smaller jobs and excellent filament. I would definitely recommend them for any 3d printing hobbyist, noob or expert.

I've used this service twice now, and been a huge fan both times. While I can handle some basic repairs on the printer, sometimes I just feel more confident having Spool3D handle it for me, and for the price it's absolutely worth the confidence.
