How It Works

1. Initial Consultation: Contact us with your printer model and a description of the issue (including any error codes like HMS_0300).
2. Drop-off/Ship-in: Bring your printer to our service center. Please note: If shipping, we recommend bringing the using the printer's its original packaging. Shipping costs are not included.
3. Repair & Testing: We perform the repair and run a successful test print to verify the fix.

Pricing Note: The listed price is for a Standard Diagnostic Fee, which will be applied toward the final labor cost of your repair. Parts are billed separately.
