Spool3D High Temperature Resin

5/5
This resin seems to standup well as a part cooling duct in close proximity to heater block and nozzle on a fused filament printer. Was previously using tempered high temp pla printed via fused filament fabrication. The resin duct required little post processing, has better flow characteristics due to better fidelity to the stl and is more robust compared to the high temp pla version. With the caveat that i am a resin newbie, i found the high temp resin a little more difficult to print compared to basic resin. It was more delicate during the print process than basic resin requiring lift suction (or blow out during retraction?) relief ports in the model that were not required with basic resin. Have a Photon S and with Chitubox Basic wound up using a cure time of 25s, light of delay of around 40s (for an effective light off delay of ~ 35s), a lift of 7mm @ 30 mm/min and retraction speed of 60 mm/min in the most difficult suction region and cure time of 12.5s, 5 mm lift @ 300 mm/min (which seemed to work out better for the supports) and retraction speed of 120 mm/s for the remainder.

Worked really well in my anycubic photon mono, used 8mm lift, 3,5sec normal exposure, 60sec bottom 6x layer exposure and 0.30mm bottom layer compensation with Lychee Slicer
