This is a MK8 style nozzle, it is made from a 360 brass base material and plated with TwinClad XT coating. TwinClad XT is a nickel composite coating designed for very low friction. It offers one of the lowest coefficient of friction, better then nickel with PTFE co-deposit. This coating is also very hard and abrasion resistant. If you are working with abrasive Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, wood filled or any other metal filled filaments, this will greatly improve the life of your nozzle.

Orifice size available: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm and 1.0mm, Value Pack (0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm)

Was great for a few prints then plugged and haven't been able to clean. need to find a better cleaning kit I guess. These though should simply be the reg and not the extra. Spools got them to me fast though!!

    Micro Swiss nozzle

Posted by Keith on December 16, 2020

Amazing product and the only place in Canada that stocks the 0.8 nozzle at a reasonable price. I’ve so far used it to print transparent PETG for my collapsible lightsaber blades in vase mode. If you’ve used or seen any Micro Swiss product, you know the quality and workmanship is top notch.

    Awesome nozzles

Posted by Farrell on May 11, 2020

I bought these nozzles for a new printer and they are fabulous. I have the 0.2mm, 0.4mm, and 0.6mm and they all work very well with the direct drive setup from Micro Swiss. PETG which tends to be super stick seems to barely stick to these nozzles and can easily be wiped off between print jobs after pre heating the nozzle.

    Best Nozzles

I have used the P3D Hercules and Apollo nozzle and these MicroSwiss nozzles are much better because of the heat transfer.
