Looking for higher temperature performance? Upgrade your HotEnd with a plated copper V6 heater block, suitable for E3D cartridge-style temperature sensors.

A plated copper V6 heater block allows you to reach temperatures exceeding 320°C (providing you use a PT100, PT1000 or thermocouple) unlocking the possibilities of printing high-temperature filaments such as Ultem and PEEK.

Supplied with an M3 grub screw to secure a cartridge-style thermistor, PT100 or thermocouple, and an M3 dome head screw to clamp the heater cartridge.

Much easier to clean, looks good,too.

This heater block is so shiny, thanks to the polished surface and nickel plating. The polished nickel plating makes this cartridge so much easier to clean since plastic comes off quite easily. Also, this block seems to stay clean longer. I can't comment on heating performance, as I swapped my thermistor and heater cartridge so any type of scientific testing is out the window.

INDREDIBLE upgrade!!!

This block is GREAT! not only does it repel filament so it does not become a sticky pile of goo, the temperature stays MUCH more stable than standard blocks! The temp rarely fluctuates with this block, and if it does, its by only one degree and for less than a second. What a difference! MUCH less failed prints since this upgrade!
