Drylin Igus bearings
I am building a Cartesian 3D printer. Based off the AM8 2040 frame. My build volume is 235 * 235 * 300mm. I have installed the Drylin Igus bearings on the X & Y axis. So far I am loving these things. No more noise and smooth as silk. Time will be the true test of these bearings to see how well they hold up. I have had many problems with the steel bearings in the past. Ending in replacing smooth rods and bearings as the bearings would grind into the rods. These bearings should last as long as the printer. Hope I made the right choice.

best mod for anet a8
I must say, the anet A8 has some of the most noisiest bearings around, a quick change to these drylin bearings tamed the beast and makes it incredibly quiet. Great stuff. I will highly recommend to all
