This motor is >125g lighter than the 42-40 it replaced, in the MicroSwiss direct drive extruder on my Ender 3 and it does have the torque to do the job well with 650mA driver current from the BTT SKR E3 Turbo board. It took me a while to figure out that I had to swap pins 3 and 4 on the printer harness connector to make it run, though. It would be kinder if Bondtech wired these motors the same way as the larger ones, or if the adaptor harness that comes with it was pre-wired as a cross-over harness. Some of us lack the hardware, tools and skills to terminate those leads ourselves...

Bought this to refit a delta with the Titan Aero, it's an excellent motor for the purpose, only issue I had was that this type of motor is wired backwards to larger NEMA 17 motors, so I had to install a crossover patch on my extruder cable to get it functional since the old motor was a NEMA 17/34mm
