Good heater cartridge for a great price

Bought this to replace the stock 40W cartridge on an Ender 3 Max Neo with a Dragon HF hotend upgrade and it works well. Heats up quickly and keeps up with the increased flow rate & speed changes.

    Great First Impressions

Heats up very fast compared to e3d 30w heater. Heating to 255C was 1:30m vs. over 4m. Its a few mm longer than the e3d heater so sticks out the e3d block a bit.

    Ceramic Heater

Posted by Kent Lange on July 08, 2019

Changed system to a 24v system and needed a replacement heater for the default 12v 40w. This new heater fit in the E3D V6 clone hotend I have perfectly, it is slightly larger in diameter than the previous 12v heater, but it was no issue fitting it into the heat block. Heats up amazingly quick, full system is ready to print within 5mins of pressing the print button (this includes 300mm x 300mm hot bed heating).
