This is a daughterboard specifically designed for the DuetWifi, DuetEthernet and Duet Maestro that allows two PT100 temperature sensors to be attached.
The Duet Wifi, Duet Ethernet and Duet Maestro support up to two daughterboards, with a further two on a Duex2 or Duex5 expansion board (Wifi and Ethernet only), with 4 daughter boards a total of 8 PT100 sensors are supported. Thermocouple and PT100 daughterboards can be mixed and matched.

A little pricey, but being plug and play makes it worth it
Rather than messing around getting my E3D PT100 daughter board to work with the Duet, I just bought this and it made my conversion easier. Just plug it in, make the change in the firmware and you're all set

PT100 Converter
Works well, converted to PT100 from K thermocouple on Duet WiFi. E3D thermocouple board was always giving bad reading (ie. 2000C). Seems it is a known problem. Now no interrupted prints for temperature fail problem.
