Perfect Replacement
As i am sure with many who 3d print there are always unforeseen mishaps. It wasn't my first fan i broke the blades off and it won't be the last. The replacement was in fan i ordered was in perfect condition and so far is functioning flawlessly. Hopefully i won't need the extra spare i ordered anytime soon.

Perfection
Upgraded my genuine E3D V6 from a 30mm to 40mm fan and this was perfect. So quiet, no issues.

Exactly what to use for the Hemera
Although it's obvious when you give it some thought, Noctua fans are not a good fit for E3D's new Hemera heatsinks. Noctua's marketing for their fans are all about how their airflows are more concentrated and straight - that is, the direction of air is more aligned to the axis of the fan. This is exactly what you DO NOT want when choosing a fan for the Hemera Heatsink which is designed to take advantage of normal fans' tendencies to blow air a bit sideways, away from the axis. This is something I realized only after attempting to use Noctua A4x20 fans. This did not work. To the point, then; these fans actually have some geometries meant to enhance this outward airflow tendency which synergizes very well with Hemera's heatsinks. So make sure you are using either the fan that came with the Hemera kit or buy this if you accidentally bought the wrong voltage of fan in the kit (like me). And as Tom's 3D noted, yeah there is a lot of air that gets kicked out and forward once these are on the Hemera. Also they're not quiet; but they work.
