Board Is Not Plug & Play

I want to start off by stating that Spool 3D is great, and this is a review of the product, not Spool3D. This board is not plug and play as Creality would like you to believe. The board I received is stuck on Chinese and you are not able to change the language without uploading new firmware to both the screen and board.
