Good bratings
Good roller bearings. Used as part of a spool holder. Works great

Low quality and lack of uniformity
Most of the bearings I got are wobbly and are a bit off center. Some also have friction. Don't recommand them for precision use.

Solid Bearing
Good quality, no leaks or squeaks. Might be a little too stiff for use in a fidget spinner, but that's not what I bought them for so sticking with 4 stars.

Inconsistent quality
Bought a 608ZZ bearing for a hand spinner. One of the balls in the bearing is either warped or comes off the track while spinning causing a good amount of friction. I thought this might go away after spinning it for a few days, but the problem persists.
