Loving this TPE 90A

Once I figured out the sweet spot for this product on my Printer, I've been looking for excuses to use it. Direct Drive Extruder is a must. Using a 0.5 Nozzle at 245 Deg C Great results at 0.3mm layer height I'm printing on a piece of Polycarbonate sanded with 220 grit. 35 mm/s Printing Speed

TPE 80A is Soft, Resistant and easy to print!

I am using a direct drive extruder and this filament has printed very easily with great results from the start. Ideal for seals, tires and other flexible parts. The layer adhesion is a lot better that anticipated. Lines from a single layer brim are impossible to separate without tearing the path material. I used glue stick on a mirror for initial layer adhesion with great results. https://imgur.com/a/W8b4ODr
