Updated 32-bit mainboard with silent TMC2208 stepper drivers: Compared to the Ender 3 and Ender 3 pro, a V2 design that delivers users out-of-the-box experience and silence-oriented upgrades(quieter 3D printers). Due to worldwide chip shortages the mainboard only has silent drivers on the x and y drivers.
A new screen with updated easy to use interface
New Heating Element Enclosure.
Resume printing.
Easy filament feed function.
X and Y-Axis Belt Tension: quick and fast adjustment. and better to improve dimensional accuracy.
Y-Axis – 4040 Aluminium Extrusion: The Y-Axis has been replaced with a 4040 extrusion, the same as the Ender 3 Pro. This gives greater stability to the Y-Axis over the original Creality Ender 3.
Kit came exactly as expected. Some assembly and the instructions are not good, but its a great starter printer with a few good upgrades out of the box compared to the older models. Shipping was very fast within canada, only took 2 days from calgary to BC. Very good price aswell compared to others like amazon or direct from creality.

All is well except...

Got the unit rather quickly. I added a BL touch to the order which was attached securely inside the Ender 3 v2 box. I assembled the printer and found the display has a line running from top to bottom. Placed a support call and 11 days later, still no news. There's 2 weekends and labor day in there but I'd sure like to get a follow-up on an otherwise great and brand new unit.

Love it!...it’s so QUIET!.....the glass bed is so-so, been spoiled with my flexible PEI bed I put on my Ender 3 Pro that I had bought from Spool3D, I have ordered another one for this printer, Thanks Spool3D for the great service!

What's to say that the internet hasn't already said yet. If you are looking for a good entry level printer this is the biggest bang for the dollar. If you are looking to get into modifications and tweaking the community around this is huge. If you don't want to be tied to specific filaments and software this device is fully open source. As my first foray into 3D printing I have nothing but good things to say about this device, in owning it for a little over 2 weeks I have already logged 18 hours of print, started playing with functional prints and already have my first customizations on order to start the tweaking and refinement. This is the perfect printer for anyone looking to get started in this landscape and would be ideally for interested older kids and younger teens into this future industry.

The printer shipped with a faulty mainboard (v4.2.2) but Derek @ spool3d sent out a new one (v4.2.7)
And the layer shifts went away. After a bit of dialing in settings in the slicer, it prints pretty good.

Very pleased with this printer. A bit of a learning curve for a complete newbie but easy to assemble if you consult YouTube. I had an issue with the main board but service from Spool3D was exemplary. They immediately sent a replacement and provided helpful advice. Now working very well and keeping COVID boredom at bay!

Spool 3D provided very fast and good services! Awesome delivery time!
Ender 3 V2 is a good printer so far, fast set up time, nice print result. The down side are no filament run out sensor, non direct extruder and strong smell on the machine during open box.

We purchased the Ender 3 V2 to be our second printer. The prices on the net were all higher than what Sool 3D were asking. They were out of stock but contacted us a few days later when the product came in. After a couple of days of use the mainboard fan started making a noise. We called Spool 3D and they sent out a replacement fan with no need to deal with Creality. The fans in and now quiet. We previosly had a Ender 3 Pro but replaced it with the V2 and are extreamly happy wih the it. There are many new features with the V2 over the Pro and the few dollars difference is well worth it.
The service with the fan issue was great the replacement was delivered in two days. Thats the difference when you supporting a local dealer instead of dealing with an online company. Buy one they are a great printer with the largest fanbase on the net.

Nice next version of the Ender 3. Easy to assemble and the upgrades are worth the $50 increase from the Pro. Prints pretty good out of the box. Will only get better after zi dial it in.
